Best eBay repricer: 11 tools compared, by the price they follow

The best eBay repricer is the one that follows the right price: other sellers’ prices, or your supplier’s cost. To price against other eBay sellers with a minimum price, compare Productivo (no barcode needed, a minimum profit on every price, and a Smart Repricer that tests for the most profit a day), Price Spectre (eBay only, free for one listing), Seller Bay Republic ($30 a month for 1,000 listings, every eBay site), StreetPricer (no barcode needed) and Repricer.com or RepricerExpress (barcode matching). AutoDS, Yaballe, Ecomli and PriceYak follow a supplier’s cost instead, and 3Dsellers changes prices on a schedule.

Looking for one thing? eBay’s free tools, competitor repricers, supplier repricers and which one fits you each have their own part.

Every fact about a tool comes from its own site, read on 24 October 2026. Productivo, the app behind this guide, sits in the same tables on the same points, and the last part covers it in detail.

Before you start

In shortKnow your listing count, your costs and the price your listings should follow.

Who it is for

LevelIntermediate

For sellers who have sold on eBay and know Seller Hub. The rules and prices are for eBay.com sellers in US dollars.
  • WholesaleEasy

Every step works as written. Competitor repricers suit many units of an item other sellers also list.

  • ResellingHard

One-of-a-kind items have no identical rivals, so steps 2 and 3 matter most.

  • HandmadeHard

Your items have no identical rivals. Step 2’s free tools and step 3’s minimum price still apply.

  • Wholesale dropshippingMedium

Step 5 needs care: ask whether a tool can read your wholesale supplier’s stock file.

You finish with
One repricer, or eBay’s free tools, matched to what your prices should follow, with a minimum price set.
You need
  • Your number of listings, and the eBay sites you sell on
  • Each item’s cost, to work out a minimum price
  • About 45 minutes to compare, then a trial week

How to choose the best eBay repricer

Go through the steps in order. Steps 1 to 3 cost nothing and rule out tools you do not need.

  1. Step 1 of 6: Decide what your price should follow

In shortChoose what your price should follow: other sellers, your supplier, or the calendar.

A repricer changes the price of your fixed-price listings by rules you set. Every repricer follows one of three things. Sellers often mix them up, and a tool of the wrong kind cannot fix your prices.

    Three kinds of repricer

What each kind follows, who it fits, and the tools in this guide.
    KindFollows, fits, tools
Competitor repricerOther eBay listings of the same item. Stock you own, when other sellers list the identical item.
Productivo, Price Spectre, Seller Bay Republic, StreetPricer, Repricer.com, RepricerExpress.
Supplier repricerYour supplier’s price and stock, plus your markup. Dropshipping.
    AutoDS, Yaballe, Ecomli, PriceYak.
Scheduled repricerThe calendar: a step down or up, until a minimum or maximum. Slow sellers and one-of-a-kind items.
    eBay’s Auto price reduction, 3Dsellers.

A competitor repricer needs rivals who sell the identical item. A supplier repricer needs a supplier whose price and stock it can read. A scheduled repricer needs neither: it lowers or raises a price step by step.

Pick the kind of repricer before you compare tools. Most sellers who own their stock need a competitor repricer, or none at all.

Result: The kind of repricer you need, and the price it should follow.

  2. Step 2 of 6: Try eBay’s free price tools first

In shorteBay already lowers prices to a minimum, answers offers and runs sales, free.

Before you look for the best eBay repricer, try eBay’s own tools. Six of them change what a buyer pays, and all are free.

    eBay’s own price tools

Free with your eBay account, from eBay’s help pages. None of them watches other sellers or a supplier for you.
eBay tool and whereWhat it does
    Price recommendation
    The listing form
For some items, eBay suggests a price from similar items sold recently, fees left out. You see it once, while you list.
    Auto price reduction
    Quick listing tool, Pricing
Lowers your price by an amount you set every 3 days, down to a minimum you set. It only goes down.
    Your cost
    Advanced and bulk listing tools
Shows what the item cost you next to each offer, and your earnings once it sells.
    Best Offer, automatic
    Listing form, Pricing
Accepts offers at or above your upper limit and declines those below your lower limit. The upper limit must be below your price. It stops during a sale event.
    Offers to buyers
    Seller Hub, Active listings
Sends an offer at least 5% under your price to people who watch the item or have it in their cart. An automated offer keeps its discount when your price changes.
    Sale events
Seller Hub, Marketing, Discounts. eBay Store only
Lowers prices for a set time on fixed-price listings. Once it runs, you can change the end date, but not the discount.

Auto price reduction is a free scheduled repricer. It steps a price down every 3 days and stops at your minimum. It suits one-of-a-kind items that have no identical rivals.

Best Offer and offers to buyers lower the price for one buyer at a time. Set the lowest offer you accept so it still covers your minimum price. The eBay pricing strategy guide shows how each one works with a minimum.

If eBay’s free tools keep your prices right, you do not need a repricer yet.

Result: A list of eBay’s free price tools you already use, and the job they leave to you.

  3. Step 3 of 6: Set a minimum and a maximum price

In shortWork out the lowest and highest price each listing may reach, before any tool runs.

Even the best eBay repricer needs a minimum price: the lowest price it may set. Tools call it a floor. Price Spectre asks for one when you set up a listing. 3Dsellers runs only on listings with both a floor and a ceiling.

Your minimum covers the item’s cost, shipping, eBay’s fee, your ad rate and the money you want left. The eBay pricing strategy guide works one out, line by line.

What a minimum price does in a price war

Made-up numbers from the BT-7 bike light in the pricing strategy guide. The cheapest rival asks $20.50, item plus shipping. Money left is after the light’s costs and eBay’s fee.
    RuleYour priceMoney left
No minimum: 50¢ under the rival$20.00$0.60
    Minimum price $24.00$24.00$4.00

Without a minimum, the repricer follows the rival down to $20.00. That sale leaves $0.60. With the minimum, the price holds at $24.00 and leaves $4.00.

Set a maximum price too. When the cheapest rivals sell out, a rule that sits above them can climb too far. Seller Bay Republic, StreetPricer and Repricer.com all take a minimum and a maximum. Never turn on a repricer for a listing without a minimum price.

Result: A minimum and a maximum price for each listing you will reprice.

  4. Step 4 of 6: Compare competitor repricers

In shortCheck how each tool finds your rivals, how often it checks, and its price at your size.

For stock you own, the best eBay repricer is usually a competitor repricer. eBay repricing software of this kind searches eBay for the same item. Then it prices yours under, level with or above the rivals it finds. On eBay, each seller writes their own listing, so finding the real rivals is the hard part.

Tools find rivals in two ways. Repricer.com and RepricerExpress match the same UPC, EAN or ISBN, so a listing without a barcode is left out. StreetPricer, Price Spectre, Seller Bay Republic and Productivo work without one: from confirmed competitors, a search you set, rivals you pick, or an AI same-item check you confirm.

    Competitor and scheduled repricers

Checks: Searches eBay every night at 03:00 UTC. Changed prices go to eBay at 04:00 and 16:00 UTC.
Limits: A minimum profit, 15% by default, after eBay’s fees and sales tax. No maximum setting: the cheapest match caps the price.
    eBay sites: eBay.com (US) only.
    Trial: 7 days free.
    Price Spectre
    Free for 1 listing. $9.95 a month for 200, $19.95 for 1,000.

eBay sites: Not listed on its site.
    Trial: 14 days free.

    RepricerExpress
$59 to $99 a month for 1,000 SKUs on 1 channel, by billing term.
Follows: Competitors with the same barcode, filtered by feedback, country or Top Rated status. Or a formula on your minimum or an Amazon price.
Checks: Not listed for eBay on its site.
Limits: A minimum and a maximum. Competitors outside them are ignored.
eBay sites: Not listed on its site.
Trial: 14 days free, no card. Sign-up opens Repricer.com.
    3Dsellers
    $19 a month for 100 listings.
Follows: No market data. It raises, lowers or sets prices by an amount or a percent.
Checks: On a schedule, daily or weekly.
Limits: A floor and a ceiling, both required.
eBay sites: Unlimited eBay regions, its plans say.
    Trial: 7 days free.

Compare buyer totals: item price plus shipping. A rival with a lower price and paid shipping can cost the buyer more than you with free shipping. StreetPricer counts calculated shipping in every comparison.

Fast checks are not always better. Seller Bay Republic says it reprices every 10 minutes. Repricer.com’s help center says eBay lets it reprice 1,000 products a day, so products that sold recently go first. Ask each tool how many price changes your account gets in a day.

Result: One or two competitor repricers that can find your rivals, priced at your listing count.

  5. Step 5 of 6: Check what a supplier repricer can read

In shortA supplier repricer helps only if it can read your own supplier, so ask before you sign up.

For dropshipping, the best eBay repricer follows your supplier, not your rivals. A supplier repricer reads your supplier’s price and stock. It updates your eBay price by your markup, and sets the quantity to 0 when the supplier runs out. This is the dropshipping kind of eBay repricing software.

    Supplier repricers

Read on each tool’s own site on 24 October 2026. The smallest plan with price and stock checks, monthly.
Tool and priceFollows, checks, limits, eBay sites, trial
    AutoDS
$49.90 a month for 400 products. Import 200, at $26.90, has no price and stock monitor.
Follows: Price and stock at over 25 suppliers, such as Amazon, eBay and AliExpress, and its own private suppliers.
Checks: Every hour, its eBay page says.
Limits: Your price rule. It can also raise prices on items that sell well. A minimum is not listed on its site.
eBay sites: Not listed on its site.
    Trial: 3 days for $0.99.
    Yaballe
    $26 a month for 200 listings. $49 for 500.
Follows: Price and stock on Amazon and AliExpress.
Checks: Continuous sync. Price every hour from the $49 plan.
Limits: Not listed on its site.
eBay sites: Not listed on its site.
    Trial: 7 days free.
    Ecomli
$29 a month for 1,000 imports. No limit on active listings.
Follows: Price and stock on Amazon or AliExpress, plus your markup. It runs in your desktop Chrome.
Checks: While Chrome is open. No interval promised.
Limits: Your markup. It can skip supplier changes under an amount you set. A minimum is not listed on its site.
eBay sites: Not listed on its site.
Trial: No free trial. 7-day money-back guarantee.
    PriceYak
Repricing free for 100 listings per store. Bigger plans from its price calculator.
Follows: Price and stock at the source retailer, such as Amazon or Walmart.
Checks: Again when a buyer opens your listing on a computer.
Limits: Repricing ranges for each source.
eBay sites: Not listed on its site.
    Trial: 14 days free.

All four sites list shops and marketplaces as sources, such as Amazon and AliExpress. That is the model the rule in step 1 covers. AutoDS also lists its own private suppliers.

Ask whether the tool can read your own supplier’s stock file. A wholesale supplier often shares stock as a file, a feed or an API. The best eBay dropshipping software guide names a tool built for wholesale feeds.

No tool reads your supplier? Upload price and quantity changes yourself. Seller Hub’s Reports tab takes one file for many listings. The eBay out-of-stock option guide explains what happens to a listing at 0.

Check what a tool does when it cannot read a supplier page. Ecomli keeps the listing unchanged and runs only while your desktop Chrome is open. PriceYak checks again when a buyer opens your listing on a computer.

Result: Whether a supplier repricer can read your supplier, or a file you upload instead.

  6. Step 6 of 6: Test one repricer on a few listings

In shortRun a trial on a few listings, with one tool per listing and its access on eBay’s page.

The best eBay repricer on paper can still misread your listings. Every tool above offers a trial or a free start, except Ecomli, which offers a money-back guarantee. Use that time on a few listings first.

    • Connect through eBay’s sign-inPrice Spectre, for example, links through eBay’s API and never asks for your password. Such apps show under Account settings › Sign in and security › Third-party app access, where you can remove them. Ecomli works through your eBay session in Chrome instead.
    • Preview before going liveRepricerExpress’s Safe Mode shows new prices without sending them. Price Spectre can give recommendations instead of changing prices.
    • One tool per listingTwo repricers on the same listing undo each other’s changes.
    • Judge by money leftCompare sales and money left over two equal periods, before and after. More sales at a lower price can leave less.

The best eBay seller tools guide quotes eBay’s User Agreement on automated access. Remove the old repricer’s access on eBay once the new one runs.

Result: A repricer tested on a few listings, with its access listed on eBay’s page.

How we compared eBay repricers

In shortSix points for every tool, read on each tool’s own site on one day.

We started from the tools that comparison pages and AI answers named for this question. For each one, we read its own pricing and product pages on 24 October 2026. Where a site was silent, the table says “Not listed on its site”. We did not test the tools, and prices change often. Productivo, the app behind this guide, is read on the same points from its plan cards and code.

  • Price a monthThe smallest monthly plan with repricing, at the listing count it states.
  • FollowsRivals, a supplier or a schedule, and how it finds them.
  • ChecksHow often it reprices, in the tool’s own words.
  • LimitsMinimum and maximum prices.
  • eBay sites and trialWhich eBay sites it covers, and how you can try it.

Three tools are left out. SKU Grid’s site says it has closed its seller tool and moved to services for high-volume sellers. No eBay repricer named Undercut turned up in two searches. DSM Tool now points to AutoDS, as the DSM Tool alternative guide explains.

Common questions about eBay repricers

What is the best eBay repricer for dropshippers?

One that reads your wholesale supplier’s price and stock, inside a minimum price. AutoDS, Yaballe, Ecomli and PriceYak are supplier repricers, but their sites list Amazon, AliExpress or other shops as sources. Productivo reads the cost from Amazon and prices against other eBay sellers, never under your minimum profit. Step 1 gives eBay’s rule on those sources. Ask each tool whether it can read your own supplier’s file.

Which eBay repricer can test prices for profit while respecting a minimum price?

Look for a sales-based rule inside a minimum and maximum. StreetPricer switches each listing between rival-based and sales-speed pricing, inside your Min and Max. Repricer.com’s Core plan lists sales velocity repricing. Productivo’s Smart Repricer tests prices in 3% steps, at most 15% over its start, and keeps the one that earns the most profit a day. None of the other sites we read says it compares profit per day. The last part covers it.

What is the best eBay repricer for a small store?

Often eBay’s free tools, then Price Spectre. With a few listings, Auto price reduction and Best Offer cover most price changes. Price Spectre is free for one listing and $2.95 a month for up to 5, so you can try a competitor repricer cheaply.

Is there a free eBay repricer?

eBay’s own tools are free, and Price Spectre is free for one listing. Auto price reduction steps a price down to your minimum every 3 days. PriceYak’s repricing is free for 100 listings per store, for retail sources. Most paid tools give 7 to 14 days free.

How much does eBay repricing software cost?

From free to about $110 a month, by listing count. Price Spectre is $19.95 for 1,000 listings, Seller Bay Republic $30 for 1,000, Repricer.com $99 for 3,000 and StreetPricer $109 for 10,000. Productivo’s Repricer is in every plan, from $18.74 for 200 listings to $34.99 for 1,000. Supplier repricers start at $26 to $50 a month.

Is there an AI repricer for eBay?

Several tools say they use AI, inside the limits you set. StreetPricer’s AI picks rivals and switches pricing strategy per listing. Repricer.com’s Scale plan, at $299 a month, adds AI price optimization. Productivo finds rivals with an AI same-item check that you confirm. Each still stays above your minimum.

How often should an eBay repricer change prices?

As often as your rivals or supplier change, within what eBay allows your account. Seller Bay Republic says every 10 minutes and Price Spectre several times a day. Productivo searches every night and sends changed prices twice a day. Repricer.com’s help center says eBay lets it reprice 1,000 products a day.

Does an eBay repricer need a UPC or barcode?

Some do. Repricer.com and RepricerExpress match rivals by UPC, EAN or ISBN. StreetPricer, Price Spectre, Seller Bay Republic and Productivo find rivals without one.

Can a repricer change auction prices?

Usually not. Repricer.com reprices Buy It Now listings only. For an auction in certain categories, eBay lets you set a reserve price, the lowest you will accept.

How Productivo compares with other eBay repricers

In shortIt prices against other eBay sellers, never below your minimum profit, for products whose cost it reads from Amazon.

Productivo (productivo.store) is an eBay seller app for US sellers that reprices eBay listings against other sellers of the same item, never below a minimum profit you set. It does this only for products whose cost it reads from Amazon.

What it does not do: it does not reprice items you add by hand or by CSV; they keep the price you set. It reads costs from Amazon only, which serves the model the rule in step 1 covers. It lists on eBay.com only, and has no scheduled markdowns.

Where another tool fits better: for stock you own or buy wholesale, look at Price Spectre, Seller Bay Republic, StreetPricer or Repricer.com. Seller Bay Republic covers several eBay sites, and Repricer.com reprices barcoded stock on Amazon and eBay. For markdowns on a schedule, use eBay’s Auto price reduction or 3Dsellers.
