List from Amazon to eBay, thousands at once

Paste Amazon ASINs or product links, up to 5,000 at once. You see what was added, what you already track and what was not an ASIN. Productivo then reads each new product from Amazon in the background.

  • Separate them with spaces, commas or new lines, or upload a file
  • Approved products go up on eBay with the next publishing run
  • Every product is read again twice a day for its price and stock
The From Amazon panel with six ASINs pasted.

Your own stock, from one CSV file

Bring wholesale, resale or handmade stock in from one CSV file, up to 1,000 products per file. The preview checks every row before Productivo saves anything.

  • Start from the template: SKU, title, price, quantity, category and photo links
  • Item specifics and eBay conditions in their own columns
  • Rows that already exist or have an error are shown, not imported
The CSV preview: four products ready to import, one that already exists and one refused as a duplicate SKU.

One product, by hand

No file? Create the product in a form. Pick its eBay category, and the form asks for the item specifics and conditions eBay wants there.

  • Up to 12 photos, uploaded from your computer or phone
  • A condition note for anything that is not new
  • Saved as a draft: nothing goes to eBay until you publish
The Create product form: a handwoven linen pillow cover with its photo, price, quantity, eBay category and item specifics.

From eBay or another app

Already selling? Transfer products on the Stores page brings in your active eBay listings and matches each one to its Amazon product. Coming from another app? Upload its product export and Productivo reads the matches it made.

  • Matched listings show as Imported, then are repriced and tracked like the rest
  • Running it again adds what is new and keeps every match already made
  • From another app's file, only the eBay item ID and ASIN are read
The Stores page with Transfer products open: Find Amazon matches automatically, or Import matches from another app.

Where this Amazon to eBay lister helps

  • A dropshipper with a sourcing list

You keep ASINs in a spreadsheet. Paste up to 5,000 at once. Productivo prices each one from your settings and follows its Amazon price and stock twice a day.

    Dropshipping
  • A wholesale seller with a supplier sheet

Your supplier sends a price list. Copy it into the CSV template and import up to 1,000 products per file. You set the price and stock; Amazon refresh and repricing leave them alone.

    Wholesale
  • A reseller with one-off finds

Each thrift or estate find is a single item. Add it by hand with its photos, its eBay condition and a note on any wear.

    Reselling
  • A maker with handmade pieces

You make each piece yourself, so it has no ASIN. Add it with up to 12 photos and the item specifics its category asks for. It goes live with your store's listing template.

    Handmade
  • A store that already has listings

You have dropshipped by hand on eBay for years. Transfer products matches each live listing to its Amazon product. Repricing and stock tracking take over without a relist.

    Dropshipping
  • A seller leaving another app

Export your products from the old app as CSV or Excel and upload the file under Stores. Productivo keeps that app's ASIN matches and finds the missing ones itself.
