Productivo is a workspace for selling on eBay: product research, listing, pricing, orders, purchasing, tracking and reports. It works through the eBay stores, Amazon accounts and other services you connect, and acts within the settings and rules you choose.

Features change as we build. Some depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing table and on the Billing page.

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account, including the work of team members and AI assistants you connect.

You must be able to enter a binding contract and use Productivo for your business.

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. One subscription covers all your stores and team members.
• A 7-day free trial is available once per account and per eBay store. A payment method is required to start it; the plan you chose is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• You can change or cancel your plan from Billing in the profile menu. Invoices and payment methods are managed in Stripe’s customer portal.
• Connecting a new eBay store needs an active plan or trial. Without one, you can still view your data, handle and ship orders, and end or remove listings.
• Payments are not refundable unless the law requires it or we agree in writing.

When you choose to buy orders through the Productivo Amazon pool, each purchase is paid from your order balance: the Amazon total, plus 20% of the profit at the time of purchase, plus $0.30 per order. The percentage fee is returned only when the order is fully cancelled or returned.

You remain the seller on eBay and the buyer on Amazon or any other source. You are responsible for:

• following eBay’s, Amazon’s and every connected service’s rules, including eBay’s VeRO program and listing policies;
• what you list, its accuracy, its price and your right to sell it;
• your buyers, their questions and returns, and your taxes;
• checking the work you approve and the automations you turn on.

Productivo’s checks, such as the VeRO list and minimum profit, help but cannot guarantee that an account stays in good standing.

Do not use Productivo to break the law or a marketplace’s rules, sell prohibited or infringing items, interfere with the service or other users, test its security without our written consent, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

eBay, Amazon, Stripe, AI providers and other services you connect are run by others under their own terms. Their outages, limits and changes can delay or stop Productivo’s work. We are not responsible for their actions.

Your data stays yours. We use it to run Productivo as described in our privacy policy. You can ask for deletion on our data deletion page.

Productivo is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise sales, profit, uninterrupted service or that every price, purchase or tracking update will succeed. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

To the extent the law allows, Pronera LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Productivo in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Productivo and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, marketplaces or the service at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
