Request data deletion

Email support@productivo.store with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your Productivo email address or eBay username and describe the data you want deleted. If you are an eBay buyer, include a relevant order reference if available.

You can use email if you cannot sign in. Do not send passwords, authorization tokens, full payment card details or identity documents unless we have agreed on a necessary verification step.

1. We record your request. Submitting the form creates a support ticket you can follow in Productivo. For email requests, keep the email thread for follow-up.
2. We verify and review. We may ask for information to confirm that the request concerns your data. We review connected stores, order history, billing records and relevant technical records.
3. We carry out the agreed deletion. We remove or de-identify applicable information and explain any specific information that must be retained, why it is retained and what happens next. The review also considers backups.
4. We respond with the outcome. Sending a request does not mean deletion is complete. We reply through your ticket or email and follow the response requirements that apply to your request.

You can revoke Productivo’s access in your eBay account settings. You can also manage connected stores in Productivo. Disconnecting a store does not automatically delete existing order, payment or support records.

A Productivo deletion request does not close your eBay account, cancel orders or end listings on eBay. Tell us about any active orders or listings so we can review what must happen before your Productivo data is removed.
