Privacy policy

We receive information you provide, information from services you connect or authorize, and technical information produced while Productivo runs.

• Account and sign-in information: email address, account settings, password hashes, and Google sign-in or passkey identifiers when you use those methods.
• Connected marketplace information: eBay account identifiers, authorization tokens, store settings, listings, inventory, prices, orders, fees and transaction records available through the permissions you grant.
• Order and fulfillment information: buyer identifiers, recipient names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, order items, delivery and tracking details needed to process orders.
• Source and purchasing information: product data and account or session information used by the source and purchasing services you enable, including Amazon workflows.
• Billing and support information: plan, subscription, wallet and payment references; messages and attachments you send to support. Card payments are handled by our payment processor.
• Technical records: session cookies, request and error records, workflow history and, for automated purchasing, troubleshooting evidence that may include screenshots, browser traces or recordings.

Google sign-in is optional. When you choose it, Google sends Productivo a signed identity token. We read your Google account identifier, email address and email verification status to create your account, sign you in or connect Google to an existing account. When Google provides a Workspace domain, we also check it to determine whether separate email verification is needed. Google One Tap may include your name and profile picture in the token; Productivo does not save or use those profile details.

Our Google authorization flow requests only identity and email access (the openid and email permissions). It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars. Productivo does not receive your Google password.

We store your Google account identifier and email address in our account database while Google is connected. We verify the identity token during sign-in; we do not store Google access or refresh tokens for later API access. When you register with Google, your email also becomes your Productivo account email, used for account communications, recovery, support and billing.

Google processes the sign-in itself. Our hosting providers process the stored account information to operate Productivo. Email and payment providers may receive your account email to deliver account messages or handle billing when you use those features. Authorized staff may access relevant account information for support, security and administration. These uses and any legally required disclosures follow the service-provider and security sections below.

You can disconnect Google in Account security. If you registered using Google without a password, create a password first so you can still sign in. Disconnecting removes the Google identifier and linked Google email from the sign-in record; it does not delete your Productivo account, its account email or other service records. You can also remove Productivo’s connection in your Google Account; this does not delete information already held by Productivo.

To request deletion of your Google sign-in information or Productivo account data, use our data deletion page or email support@productivo.store. Backup copies and records retained for a specific legal or security reason are handled as explained in How long information is kept.

We use this information to provide the features you use: authenticate your account, connect stores, import and manage products, publish and update listings, process orders, arrange purchasing and tracking, calculate reports, manage billing and respond to support requests.

We also use relevant records to troubleshoot failures, protect accounts, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Buyer delivery information is used for order handling and related support; it is not used to market Productivo to buyers.

eBay authorization takes place on eBay. Productivo receives access and refresh tokens after consent; the connection flow does not ask you to give Productivo your eBay password. You can review the requested permissions on eBay before accepting.

Information is sent to connected services as needed for the feature you use. These include eBay for marketplace operations; Amazon and purchasing or fulfillment providers for enabled order workflows; payment providers such as Stripe for billing; and hosting, email, authentication and monitoring providers for running Productivo.

When you create an account, we send your IP address and email address to proxycheck.io to check for VPN use and disposable email. This also applies to registration with Google. Detected VPNs and disposable email addresses cannot be used to register. If the check is unavailable, you can try again later.

Where enabled, AI services help classify products or triage ordinary support reports. Deletion requests submitted through our data deletion form are excluded from automated AI triage. Avoid including passwords, payment card details or unrelated personal information in support messages.

Service providers and connected marketplaces may process information in the United States and other countries. Their own privacy policies apply to information they collect directly. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights or respond to a lawful request.

Productivo uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, account recovery, store selection and preferences. Referral information may be stored when you follow a referral link. Google sign-in and bot protection may process technical information when those features are used.

We use access controls and protected connections to limit access to account data. Authorized staff may access relevant records for support and administration. No service can guarantee that every security risk will be prevented.

Account, store and operational records are kept while needed to provide the service. Disconnecting a store does not remove every order, billing, support or technical record associated with it.

To prevent repeat free trials, we keep hashed eBay store identifiers and a reference to the original trial after ordinary account or store removal. These records remain subject to review when you request deletion through our data deletion process.

Technical records have different cleanup schedules, and backups are rotated separately. Deleting a live record does not immediately remove all backup copies. A deletion review must also address backups and prevent deleted information from being restored to active use.

Some records may need to be retained for a specific legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-related reason. We review the applicable reason and scope instead of treating all transaction records as exempt from deletion. Contact us to ask about a particular record or retention period.

You can review connected stores in Productivo and revoke Productivo’s authorization in your eBay account settings. Revoking access stops authorized access through that grant; it does not itself delete data already held by Productivo.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@productivo.store. For deletion, you can also use our data deletion page. We may need information to verify your identity and understand which account or records your request concerns. Your available rights depend on where you live and the law that applies.

If you purchased from an eBay seller using Productivo, you do not need a Productivo account to contact us. Include your eBay username and the relevant order reference if available; do not send your eBay password.
