Every eBay order in one place
Orders from all your stores arrive every 30 minutes. Each one is matched to your listing and to the Amazon product to buy. The list shows what each order needs next.
- Revenue, eBay fees, cost and profit totals above the list
- Orders past their ship-by date have a filter of their own
- Orders stay in Productivo even after their store is disconnected

Amazon tracking sent to eBay
Twice a day, at 07:00 and 19:00 UTC, Productivo checks each Amazon order on the account that bought it. Once Amazon shows tracking, Productivo turns it into a tracking number for the eBay order. The order moves to Shipped.
- The buyer’s tracking page shows your store address, not Amazon’s
- Typed Amazon orders and UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac or LaserShip numbers work the same
- Every step is in the order’s history

Followed to the door
Tracking keeps updating, so your buyer sees the parcel move until it arrives. Ship-by and delivery dates warn you while there is still time.
- The order moves to Delivered by itself
- A delivery warning stays until the parcel arrives
- Profit becomes final 30 days after delivery

Returns and extra costs on the order
When a buyer opens a return on eBay, the order shows the reason, the buyer’s comment and your deadline. You answer the return on eBay. Then record the refund in the order, and Productivo works out its profit again.
- You get an alert when a return is due within two days
- A cost you add, like a reship, comes off that order’s profit
- Reports show what returns and cancellations cost you

Through a warehouse, if you want one
Switch a store to the SellerFulfilment warehouse under Settings › Fulfilment. Amazon ships to the warehouse, and the warehouse sends the parcel on to your buyer. Its tracking number goes to the eBay order by itself.
- Each order shows both legs: Amazon to warehouse, warehouse to buyer
- The warehouse fee counts in the order’s profit
- PO box and APO buyers can be served through the warehouse

Where eBay order management helps
Dropshipping from Amazon
You sell on eBay and buy on Amazon. Each order shows what to buy, and Amazon tracking reaches eBay twice a day. You stop copying numbers between tabs.
DropshippingSeveral stores, one list
You run more than one eBay store. Their orders arrive in one list with revenue, fees and profit on top. One filter shows every order past its ship-by date.
Selling your own stock
Wholesale, reselling and handmade products you added by hand or CSV sell through the same list. Their orders are marked Manual product. You ship them and add tracking on eBay, and the order moves to Shipped at the next sync.
WholesaleBuyers Amazon will not deliver to
Amazon refuses PO box and APO addresses, so those orders wait for review. Send the store’s orders through the warehouse, and those buyers get their parcel too.
A return with a deadline
A buyer opens a return and eBay sets a date for your answer. The order shows that date, and an alert reaches you two days before it. Record the refund, and the profit stays right.
“Where is my parcel?”
A buyer asks about an order. Its history lists every step with the time and who did it: you, a team member or a Productivo job. You can answer with the facts.
Order and tracking questions
Doing it by hand? eBay Dropshipping Policy: What Is Allowed
Productivo adds it for you once Amazon shows tracking. It checks twice a day, at 07:00 and 19:00 UTC. If you already have a number, type it into the order and Productivo sends it to eBay.
Yes. When Amazon publishes a tracking page, Productivo gets a tracking number for it and uploads it to the eBay order. The buyer’s tracking page shows your store address as the sender.
Yes. Orders from all your connected stores arrive in one list every 30 minutes. Team members see only the stores assigned to them.
They arrive in the same list, marked Manual product, and Productivo does not buy them on Amazon. You ship them and add tracking on eBay. At the next sync the order moves to Shipped.
It shows them: eBay’s reason, the buyer’s comment and your deadline sit on the order. You answer the return on eBay itself. Record the refund in the order, and Productivo works out its profit again.
When the parcel is delivered. It also stops when the Amazon order is cancelled, 45 days after the purchase, or after ten failed checks in a row.
